You have a right of return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The products can be returned without any problems.

The actual return costs are borne by the customer and must be paid to the sender. This applies to both unsatisfactory products and defective products that you have received.

Most packages contain return labels in the box. If this is not the case, please send us an email at info@calmivaofficial.com and we will send you the labels digitally. You can then print them out and include them in the return package.

Please note that only products in NEW* condition can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse returns with signs of use.

 

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund within 10 working days using the payment method you used when placing your order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable laws.

We do not charge for returned products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
